Joburg has clearly been working on getting the city ready for World Cup for years. The airport and the surrounding area has been transformed into a true international airport. There are a few exceptions, I happen to see these payphones that were installed above my head only someone 6’ and taller would be able to use them . . . I hope there is no one in a wheel chair that needs to use the payphone.

And, it’s always fun to see people’s faces when they see people taking airport baggage carts fully loaded onto the escalators—only in South Africa!
