Nomalanga Knows Her Kids

We brought underwear, socks, pencils, toothbrushes, hats, and gloves for the kids at Nomalanga's Preschool. Nomalanga had the kids line up and handed out the goodies to each child, she knew their sizes and who needed what.

Can you imagine having your child come home thrilled that they received with a new pair of underwear?

Our kids in the US are spoiled, we are blessed with all the goods and services available to us--that we take for granted.
I'd love to take a team of teenagers to the squatter camps in South Africa to have them experience what life is like without the internet, video games, running water, electricity, a car (you must walk everywhere)---they would return to the US with a different appreciation for all the excess they have!
