Roads in Motsoaledi

The roads in Motsoaledi are laid out in straight, practical grid but they are still dirt roads. When it rains, deep ruts are cut into the dirt but also residents throw their dirty wash water out into the streets that help make the road impossible to pass with a car. The cross streets are level and therefore they don't throw wash water down them. I asked one of our new friends about the roads and he said that as long as they have streets (the cross streets) to walk through Motsoaledi, they don't care that the other streets are muddy.

It would be great if the roads could be graded and then graveled . . . put that on the wish list.
