Gogo is an endearing term for "grandmother" in South Africa; our gogo is a well respected elder in Motsoaledi. She runs a Soup Kitchen and does After School Care during the week; she is like EF Hutton, when Gogo speaks, everyone listens.
Kim best described the anticipation of seeing Gogo again, "it's like Christmas Eve and you can't wait to start opening your presents".
I love the gogos. They are all so gracious. Somehow I missed that you had a blog so I'm just catching up with you now.
